MAJOR MCINTYRE
Major McIntyre was born August 14, 1959 in the town of Flora, Mississippi. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a B.A. Degree in Communication. He is the Founder and President of The Shepherd’s Door Ministries, formerly known as I Corinthians 13/Psalm 23 Ministries, which is a mercy ministry that offers the love of Christ to the Homeless, the Youth, Elderly Care Homes, and Prisons; also known through the acronym H.O.P E. (Homeless, Orphan, Prison, and Elderly). Major has been actively involved in providing resources such as food, clothing, shelter, and the Message of Christ. We are all God’s creation, created for good works in Christ Jesus. In Him, the measure of a person’s life is not based upon the amount of possessions or the wealth they’ve accumulated in life, but his or her character. God love us so much that He has numbered every hair on our heads. He knew us before we were formed in our mother’s womb. Because of what we mean to him and the Angelic host assigned to us; The angels testify about mankind saying, what is man that thou art mindful of him? We are God’s highest form of creation. In His image did he design humankind. So, let’s honor our Creator by allowing our lives to reflect something about the nature of his character. TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
